A “Venti” project from start to finish! North Bay, Ontario is finally getting their first stand-alone Starbucks. Essential Exteriors is the team behind the exterior of this highly anticipated coffee shop.
Completed in April of 2019, the exterior was constructed with custom fabricated aluminum composite accent brands and the material was Alpolic Colour CNC Charcoal. Also installed by Essential Exteriors, was the pre-finished metal cladding in the colour of “Roasted Ash” from Agway.
Essential Exteriors, however, was not alone in contributing to this project. Their partnering companies, Designed Roofing Inc. and Northland Glass & Metal also had a hand in the completion of this project. Designed Roofing, provided the labour and installations of the building’s new Sika Sarnafil PVC roofing system. Northland Glass & Metal, supplied the labour and installation of aluminum doors and windows.
Essential Exteriors, Designed Roofing and Northland Glass & Metal work as a single contractor providing project management services, uniform quality control and efficient delivery of services. One team for all roofing, exteriors, glass and metal needs – coordinating any project seamlessly, proving a single point of accountability. The North Bay Starbucks project is a great example of this system at work.
